For Cloud services, please note:
1. Service provisioning time is between 8 AM and 6PM, Monday to Friday.
2. Time to service is 4 hours from request time.
3. AOS reserves the right to require compensation from customer who expose the vulnerabilities of their systems, in case of an incident.
4. AOS doesn’t have internal access to the server installed by the customer and will not be responsible to any issue that occurred from customer operation.
5. Should customer seek support on an issue that occurred internally, an additional charge shall be applied after an assessment.
6. AOS will not allow upload of external server images to the network.
7. AOS will not be liable to security vulnerabilities exposed by the customer.
